Terms of Service

Effective date: June 8, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of YOUSPA ("the Company") and its users regarding the use of the spa services ("the Services") operated by the Company, along with other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Service" means all spa, massage and skin care treatments and related services provided by the Company.
  • "User" means any person who uses the Services in accordance with these Terms.
  • "Reservation" means the act of a User requesting service use through the Company's prescribed procedure and the Company accepting the request.

Article 3 (Scope of Service)

The Company offers a variety of spa programs including facial therapy, body therapy, signature total care and custom therapy. Specific services, prices and durations are announced through the official website and other Company-designated channels.

Article 4 (Reservation and Payment)

  • Services are by appointment only; Users must reserve through the Company's prescribed procedure.
  • The Company may request a deposit to confirm a reservation; the deposit is applied to part of the treatment cost.
  • Payment is made via the Company's designated methods, with the remaining balance payable on site on the treatment day.

Article 5 (Changes, Cancellation and Refunds)

Changes, cancellations and refunds follow the Company's refund and cancellation policy. Full details are available on the separatecancellation policy page.

Article 6 (Company Obligations)

  • The Company will make best efforts to provide the Services consistently and reliably under these Terms.
  • The Company maintains security systems and publishes and complies with a Privacy Policy to protect User personal information.
  • The Company manages its facilities so that Users can use the Services in a safe and comfortable environment.

Article 7 (User Obligations)

  • Users must provide accurate personal information when booking and notify the Company immediately of any changes.
  • Users must disclose health conditions, allergies and other matters that may affect treatment before the treatment begins.
  • Users must not act in ways that disturb other guests when using the facilities.
  • Users must comply with applicable law, these Terms and any Company-designated usage guidance.

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)

  • The Company is exempt from liability when it is unable to provide Services due to force majeure such as natural disasters, power outages or communication failures.
  • The Company is not liable for damages arising from health conditions that the User did not disclose in advance.
  • The Company is not liable for the loss or theft of valuables that a User personally carries without storing them in Company facilities.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through mutual consultation; if no agreement is reached, applicable law and commercial customs shall govern. The court of jurisdiction for any litigation shall be the court determined under the Civil Procedure Act.

Addendum

These Terms take effect on June 8, 2026.
