YOUSPA ("the Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and has established this Privacy Policy to protect your personal information and address related concerns promptly and effectively.

Article 1 (Personal Information We Collect)

We collect the following personal information to provide our services.

  • Required: name, contact (mobile phone number), reservation details
  • Payment-related: payment information (card issuer, authorization details, etc.)
  • Automatically collected: cookies, service usage records, access IP, access environment

Article 2 (Purposes of Collection and Use)

  • Reservation intake, confirmation and management of changes or cancellations
  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Improving service quality and developing new services
  • Processing payments, refunds and other transactions

Article 3 (Retention and Use Period)

As a rule, we destroy personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. However, the following records are retained for the periods set by applicable laws.

  • Records of contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
  • Records of payment and supply of goods: 5 years (same Act)
  • Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (same Act)

Article 4 (Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing)

To deliver our services smoothly, we may outsource the processing of personal information. In doing so, we follow the Personal Information Protection Act and contractually prohibit use beyond the outsourced purpose and require appropriate technical and managerial safeguards.

  • Reservation and messaging system operator: sending reservation notices and reminders

Article 5 (Rights of the Data Subject and How to Exercise Them)

You may at any time request to view, correct, delete or suspend processing of your personal information. Requests may be submitted in writing, by phone or by email, and we will act on them without delay.

Article 6 (Measures for Ensuring the Security of Personal Information)

We implement managerial, technical and physical safeguards to ensure the security of personal information, and restrict access privileges to the minimum number of personnel needed.

Article 7 (Operation and Refusal of Cookies)

We may use cookies to provide tailored services. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may limit certain features of the service.
